We are passionate about showcasing amazing British produce and supporting local producers, which is reflected in many of the ingredients we use in both our pizza and pasta dishes. Providing excellent value, great service and being socially conscious are also pillars very much at the heart of our business. We make biga pizza dough, which cold proofs for a minimum of 72 hours, resulting in richer and more complex flavours.
We open Tuesday to Saturday for takeaway and delivery, which is currently available in Hurstpierpoint, Sayers Common, Albourne, Hassocks, Keymer, Clayton, Pyecombe, Ditchling and Burgess Hill. Further information regarding our opening times and delivery can be found on our Contact Us page.
