Whilst pizza and pasta of course originates from Italy, with so much fantastic produce being grown and made here in the UK, we believe in using high quality British ingredients where possible. This is why our flour, cheeses and many of our vegetables are homegrown, as well as the meat and charcuterie we use being locally reared. There is one ingredient however that had to be Italian, which is the organic tomatoes we use in our tomato sauce - as they are quite simply the best!
We are proud to work with a number of local Sussex producers and suppliers, including Calcot Farm in Steyning, Brighton-based Shrub, Balcombe Dairy, Alsop & Walker and Rob in Ashurst who supplies our chillies. You'll often find local seasonal ingredients featured in our weekly specials.
