With so much fantastic produce being grown and made here in the UK and particularly locally in Sussex, we believe in using high quality British ingredients wherever possible. This is why our flour, cheeses and many of our vegetables are homegrown, as well as much of the meat and charcuterie we use being locally reared.
We are proud to work with a number of local Sussex producers and suppliers, including Calcot Farm in Steyning, Brighton-based Shrub, Balcombe Dairy, Alsop & Walker and Rob in Ashurst who supplies our chillies. You'll often find local seasonal ingredients featured in our weekly specials.
