Our pizzas are made with biga dough, which we make using a blend of British stoneground wholegrain & 00 Flours. We ferment our dough for a minimum of 72 hours, resulting in rich and complex flavours, reduced gluten and a light and airy texture.

A crisp, easy drinking Sauvignon from the South of France with goosebury, elderflower and lifted citrus notes reminiscent of yuzu and pink grapefruit.
This fruity yet refreshing Italian white wine offers delicious and sweet aromas of candied citrus fruits, white peach, pineapple and papaya.
An organic single-variety Chenin Blanc produced in Stellenbosch by Reneke, the only biodynamic winery in South Africa. Complex aromas of pear and white peach accompanied by floral notes and citrus hints of grapefruit that gradually give way to melon and honey.

An exciting cult classic made by maverick winemaker Marc Kent, whose Boekenhoutskloof winery was named South Africa's 'Winery of the Year 2020'. A blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon and viognier with notes of ripe plums, violets, black olives, cloves and liquorice.
This lovely pale rosé is a delicious blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Grenache from the Occitianian region of France. With notes of raspberry, strawberry, blackberry & cream.
